What this site collects

This website has no accounts, no sign-ins and no advertising trackers. You can read every page without giving us anything. If you call, text or email Rennie, you're sharing your contact details directly with him for the purpose of your inquiry — nothing more.

What stays on your device

Two small preferences are kept in your own browser: whether you chose the light or dark appearance, and whether you have already seen the opening animation this session. Both stay on your device, neither is sent to us, and clearing your browser data clears them.

Server logs

Like nearly every website, our hosting infrastructure (Google Cloud) keeps standard technical logs — IP address, pages requested, timestamps — used only for security and to keep the site running. They are not used to build profiles.

Third parties

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. Links to external sites — the live listing search, government resources, social media — are governed by those sites' own policies once you leave ours.

Future features

If we add features that collect information — such as a market-analysis request form or an AI assistant — this policy will be updated first, and each feature will state plainly what it collects and why at the point you use it.
